About this property

The kids have flown the coop and the owners are now reluctantly downsizing what has been their cherished family haven. After nearly four decades of multi-generational family living in this dual dwelling property, the long hot summer days of swimming and playing by the pool, enjoying the big noisy BBQs with family and friends are now ready to be handed over to you and your family. Featuring the main house with its 3 bedrooms, office, two bathrooms (incl ensuite), kitchen/dining and a large living area enjoying views across Oratia to the Waitakere Ranges and with seamless access to the deck leading to the pool area. The flat with its 2 large bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen / dining and generous lounge which opens to a deck. The exterior painting was finished earlier this year on the main home and the interiors of both are ready for an update / refresh offering incredible scope to add serious value. There’s also plenty of parking for multiple cars, a boat, caravan or trailer and you are tucked away at the end of your own private drive. The owners are serious and are ARE selling, the clock is ticking, so with no mucking around, a short two week campaign could mean any delays could = disappointment. Visit the open homes or get in touch asap to inspect. Check it out quickly and I’ll show you how to get ready to buy !
