About this property

Vendor motivation is RED HOT. If your budget is in the low $500,000's, you need to be at this auction. Ready to leave renting behind and have a place to call your own? This two bedroom home could be the opportunity you have been waiting for, and with a highly motivated vendor ready to sell, it deserves your attention. Downstairs offers a comfortable living area and modern kitchen, with doors opening outdoors at both ends of the home. Two private, fully fenced courtyards give you space for morning coffee, summer barbecues, a little garden or afternoons with friends, without the upkeep of a large section. Upstairs, two good sized bedrooms sit separately from the main living areas, alongside the bathroom. Double glazing helps keep the home comfortable throughout the seasons. Set within the popular McLennan community, parks and open spaces are nearby, with easy access to public transport and the motorway. For investors, the property comes with a rental appraisal of $570 to $600 per week. The vendor’s motivation is clear, but how low they may go will only be revealed under the hammer. If you have been waiting for your chance to buy in the low $500,000s, do not let this one pass you by. Your first home or next investment could be closer than you think. Be at the auction and be ready to bid.
